Pre-Testing & Orientation: Saturday, July 19th at 10am
- Meet your coach, learn the details of the challenge, and complete your initial performance tests


On orientation day, you'll do initial testing for the exercises listed. During the 6 weeks, you'll work with your coach to improve your strength and endurance.

At the end of the 6 weeks, we will re-test and see how your numbers improved!
