WHAT IS BOOTCAMP?

Bootcamp is a dynamic, high-intensity group workout designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and mental grit - all in one session. Originally inspired by military training principles, bootcamp combines functional strength exercises, cardio intervals, and core work for a full-body burn that's both efficient and empowering.

Each class is fast-paced and constantly changing, so you'll never get bored. You might move through strength circuits with dumbbells and kettlebells, crush short bursts of cardio, and tough through various core work - all while being coached and motivated every step of the way.

WARM UP
We kick things off by welcoming everyone, chatting through the workout of the day, warm up stretches, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe. This helps you feel connected to the group and sets the tone for the workout ahead.
DYNAMIC WARM UP & DEMO
Next, we prep the body further with dynamic stretches and light activation exercises. The coach will demonstrate each exercise, explain form cues, and offer modifications so you know exactly how to move safely and effectively.


MAIN WORKOUT
This is the heart of bootcamp - a mix of strength, conditioning, and core training designed to challenge your whole body. You'll move through circuits or timed intervals, pushing your endurance and strength while keeping the energy high.
COOL DOWN & ANNOUNCEMENTS
We finish by slowing things down with guided stretches and recovery work. The coach will wrap up with any gym updates, upcoming events, or other information to keep you informed and inspired.
