THE SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING EXPERIENCE
Get the best of both worlds with our Semi-Private training experience. In a small group of 1-4 people, you'll get the personal attention of a coach, customized strength programming, and the motivation of training alongside others on a similar journey.

Our sessions combine the personalization of one-on-one coaching with the energy of small group. Each session is tailored to your goals, built around progressive strength work, and guided by expert coaches to help you lift safely and confidently. ​​

WARM-UP & PRIMER
We start with a focused warm-up to loosen tight areas, activate key muscles, and get your body ready for strength work. Each warm-up is tailored to the day's main lift, so you're primed to move safely and powerfully.
MAIN LIFT FOCUS
Monday-Thursday sessions are centered around a primary strength movement - like squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc. Your coach guides you through structured sets and reps, helping you build strength, improve technique, and track progress week to week.


ACCESSORY & SUPPORTING WORK
In addition to the main lift, we target supporting muscles with functional exercises to balance strength, improve stability, and address your individual goals. Every move can be scaled or progressed so you're challenged at the right level.
COOL DOWN
We finish with stretching work to aid in recovery and keep you moving well. Your coach may offer personalized advice for recovery, mobility, or next steps in your training plan.
